Best Poster Award

Mr. Parth Bidaliya and Mr.Saiyam Dobhal, students of  B.Sc. (H) Polymer Science IIIrd Year students received the "Best Poster Award"  at the 7th National Symposium on Advances in Chemical Sciences organized by the Department of Chemistry, Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (Punjab) held on March 26-27, 2018.  The award was given for research work titled "Biodegradable and Printable Polyester Films"  done by above students under guidance of Dr.Sidhharth Sirohi.

Dept. of Polymer Science organized a visit of of second year students  to Nidhi Enterprises (recycling plant), Bawana, Delhi on February 28, 2018.

The Students of B.Sc. (H) Polymer Science 2nd year along with faculty visited “Tool Room & Training Centre” on February 13, 2018.  

Dr. S. K. Shukla awarded certificate of Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing “Sensors & Actuators: B. Chemical” in November, 2016 in recognition of the contributions made to the quality of the journal by Elsevier, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Department of Polymer Science organized a Swacchta Drive in department on September  14, 2017.  

Mr. Ravinder Kumar (B.Tech. Polymer Science, 2017 pass out batch) selected as  Grade - A Officer in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.

Departmental society of Polymer Science (PEARLS) organized a debate competition on November 6, 2017.  

Department of Polymer Science 3rd Year students along with faculty members visited Indiapack Pacprocess International Summit  at Pragati Maiden, New Delhi on October 28, 2017. The Summit was jointly organized by Messe Dusseldorf and Indian Institute of Packaging.

Department of Polymer Science organized a visit of B.Sc.(H) Polymer Science 3rd Year students to University Science Instrumentation Centre (USIC) of University of Delhi on October 18, 2017.
